Crackle slip pouring bottle

$140.00

8.5 in Wheel thrown bottle with spout, vent hole and cork stopper. Made with olive oil in mind, but hey, this bottle can be used for all sorts of liquids… Sake, whiskey, CoolAid?

Clear glaze over crackle slip. Textured band with abraded colored slips provides a secure grip and fits comfortably in the hand.

These crackle pieces have several extra steps and a third firing involved in the making process compared with my other work and cost a bit more. Red stoneware dipped in white crackle slip then bisque fired a second time.
